What is Covered?

We offer a 30-Day Limited Warranty on all our products against manufacturing defects.

If you receive an item with issues related to:

  • Material defects
  • Stitching faults
  • Hardware problems

We will either:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Issue a full refund

What is Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Misuse, accidents, or improper care
    (e.g., washing against care instructions)
  • Any modifications or alterations made to the product

How to Make a Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
